TaskDusted is an offline-first task management app. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Data Collection

TaskDusted does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All your tasks, groups, and preferences are stored locally on your device using an SQLite database.

Information Stored Locally

• Tasks (title, description, dates, priority, status)
• Task groups and categories
• Profile information (name, avatar) — stored on-device only
• App preferences and settings

Permissions

• Notifications — Used to deliver task reminders you schedule. No data leaves your device.
• Photo Library — Used only if you choose to set a profile picture. Images are stored locally.
• File Access — Used for the backup & restore feature so you can export or import your data.

Third-Party Services

The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or any third-party tracking services.

Backup & Restore

When you use the backup feature, a local file is created on your device. You control where that file is saved and shared. TaskDusted does not upload backups to any server.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect information from children. Since no data is collected at all, this app is safe for users of all ages.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
